We found I&N through a recommendation from a friend and are so glad we hired them! They completed a full renovation for our condo including a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, full flooring, lighting, doors/walls/baseboards and minor layout adjustments. I&N Builders beautifully renovated our apartment. We have a prewar apartment and we wanted to keep the character while modernizing the layout and function. I&N totally succeeded. We moved walls and replaced most surfaces, but it does not look like a soulless box, nor does it have any of the weird compromises you sometimes see in the renovations of old apartments. I&N found a great solution for every problem we encountered. Now I walk in and am delighted instead of dejected. Love it!
